The first ever traveler on the Earth was Adam, certainly he
was expelled from the heaven to the Earth.
Do you agree with me…? Don’t you? Anyways it makes sense
that the first travelers were Adam and Eve.
So, we have the virus or the germ of traveling in our
blood, every human being is inherent the quality of a traveler.
I agree what Dalai Lama is said, “Once a year goes
someplace you’ve never been before.”(Dalai Lama)But most of the time we find difficult
in the hectic lifestyle to spend some time in traveling; the busy schedule of life doesn’t give some moment of leisure. So, try
to steal some moment for yourself from your life. Better be a traveler not a
tourist…! Jokes apart I like traveling whenever I steal the time. Now the
Malaysian Government has given the opportunity to every blogger to visit
Malaysia as a guest…ha…ha...but it is not a joke, on a free trip to Malaysia.
If the blog is chosen among top 10 blog posts. I found it as a golden
opportunity and First of all I visited the Malaysian Govt. official site to
acquaint myself about Malaysia.
As I know India and Malaysia both countries
historically and culturally are of same up to an huge extent because Once
Malaysia was known as Malay, basically
belonged to the Hindu Dynasty. Though Malaysia is now an Islamic country but
culture of this country is very familiar to the Indians, so I can take this
country my second home.
I was overwhelmed when I saw the images
on the official site. Wow… What a picturesque sites in Malaysia …! Splendid!
Marvelous…! I was spell bound. Very
captivating, very…exotic locations are in Malaysia. I complete package is in
front of me, by raising a hand I can touch it but it is not so that easy…
I can’t define myself a traveler but
after seeing the official site of Malaysia… I want to declare myself a traveler
and a tourist. I agree with Ray Bradbury-““We travel
for romance, we travel for architecture, and we travel to be lost.”(Ray Bradbury).
Malaysian govt. has given the
opportunity to choose the five locations of my dream choice to visit, but I
think it might be injustice if the remaining tourist spots would not be seen.
Through the images, anybody can easily understand that every tourist segment of
Malaysia is a worth seeing place, so why injustice with the tourist…? I think
Malaysian govt. should ponder over it. Anyways I have to fulfill the ritual of
5 tourist spot of my choice.
I am staunch nature lover. So I first choose:-
Gunung Mulu National Park,
Sarawak- As I read the description of Gunung Mulu
National park and I came to know about it. It is home to one of the longest amazing
networks of caves in the world. And that really excites me to watch it. I don’t
know whether it was my dream to have an opportunity to visit such natural caves
because I heard a lot and also watched some documentary on Discovery and
National Geographic channels. I am dying to see it and may be, I will overcome
my fear of darkness.

The amazing pinnacles at Mount Api are absolutely stunning
to witness. A visit to Mulu NP will bring my holiday in Malaysia to new
heights! I don’t see any pinnacles like structure- this will be my first
encounter with any Pinnacles.

2-Taman Negara National Park- What specific feature about Taman Negara National Park attracts me...? No one can guess...? when I read that this is is one of the oldest tropical rain forest in the world. It features
massive trees, waterfalls, jungle treks of various duration and the
world’s longest canopy walkways. Several trails enable the visitor to
explore the forest without a guide.

3-Batu Caves- I put Batu Caves at third place to visit.
A limestone outcrop located just north of Kuala Lumpur, Batu Caves has three
main caves featuring temples and Hindu shrines. I am a Hindu, so it would be a
special visit for me except India, It would be a special treat and special
feast for my eyes to visit this place. As in the image, a large statue of
Goddess is seen-I can say I never ever see such a huge statue in my life. So I
won't miss the chance.

4-Langkawi
Island, Kedah:- Langkawi is the world class resort destination- as
it is mentioned in so many places. ,
Langkawi's tropical splendor should not be underestimated despite the tinge of
over development that includes a gondola that takes visitors to the top of the
mountain for great views (never mind that it is intrinsically an eye soar
against the brilliant blast of green jungle. It is located just south of the
Thai-Malaysian border on the developed west coast of peninsular Malaysia. Enjoy
the clear waters, duty-free shopping, and sneaky monkeys. Such description
catches anyone’s attention to visit the place. The amazing pictures give
Langkawai in fourth place.

5-Kuala Lumpur: - This city is the capital of Malaysia is the tourist attraction in so
many ways. As the shopping point of view it offers a lot to the tourists.
Affordable rates give the tourist an awesome experience of shopping. The unforgettable
experience of Kualalumpur is the Petronas Twin Towers. It was the world’s
tallest buildings till 2004. However, the towers are still the tallest twin
buildings in the world. But the worth remembering feature is a sky bridge
between the two towers that I can say after witnessing the bridge.

Islands-
It is situated off the coast of notherneastern
Malaysia not far from the Thai border. It is must go place for the budget travelers.
Some most beautiful beaches and great diving are there. These beaches are a
beautiful blend of white sandy shore ad turquoise blue sea.
Pulau Tioman:-It is a small island. It is selected as one of
the world’s most beautiful islands. It is an ideal for marine life forms. It
has white coral reefs.Certainllly a paradise for scuba divers. I would to see
it, if I get a chance.

There are so many destinations, tourist spots, worth seeing
places, travelling sites in Malaysia and I am helpless to count them. So I am finishing
my blog. I last thing I want to mention here that I am a vegetarian and I don’t
think, if I visit Malaysia I will find any difficulty for veg food.
